Increasing conversion rates and reducing cost per lead using Conversions API for CRM

Admixer Advertising, together with the client and with the support of Meta, implemented Conversions API for CRM through an integration with amoCRM. As part of the project, a stable end-to-end data flow from lead to payment was established, providing accurate signals for Meta’s algorithms to effectively optimize advertising campaigns while complying with privacy requirements.

Objective

Before implementing CAPI, advertising campaigns were focused solely on lead generation without considering lead quality. Meta did not receive the full customer journey, so optimization was based on volume rather than lead value. This resulted in a high cost per conversion and limited opportunities for budget scaling.

To address the challenge, Admixer Advertising, together with the client and with the support of Meta, aimed to implement a Conversions API for CRM integration via amoCRM.

The goal of the project was to improve lead quality while increasing volume, reduce conversion costs, and ensure full customer journey transparency for more accurate optimization.

Solution

  • To address these objectives, Meta Conversions API (CAPI) was implemented. 
  • Server-side tracking of key events (lead, qualified lead, and purchase) was configured and sent directly to Meta. 
  • A CRM integration was set up to ensure proper validation, deduplication, and synchronization of events between the CRM, CAPI, and Pixel.
  • After launching CAPI, the audience structure and optimization strategy were revised, with a focus on events that carry higher business value.

 

Results

As the results showed, a comparative analysis of costs before and after CAPI implementation reveals a remarkable 78% reduction in cost per lead. This figure not only confirms the effectiveness of CAPI but also highlights significant potential for further optimization of marketing spend.

Overall, the implemented changes reflect more accurate attribution, improved algorithm learning, and higher-quality audience engagement across all stages of the funnel.
