A company specializing in the construction of residential complexes in comfort, business, and premium classes in Almaty approached Admixer Advertising to improve digital marketing efficiency, reduce lead costs, and maintain or increase client volume.

 

Goal

Before the start of the collaboration, the client had already launched advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, focusing on lead generation. However, an audit of the current settings revealed that using only Pixel did not allow for the recording of some conversions, which led to distorted analytics and an underestimation of channel effectiveness. This limited the ability to scale campaigns and increase ROI.

• Improve the accuracy of event tracking and analytics;
• Reduce the cost per lead;
• Increase the total number and quality of leads.

Solution

The decision was made to implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to ensure accurate tracking of user actions, even with limited cookie availability and ad blockers.

Key implementation stages:

  • Server-side tracking was set up for key events such as pageviews, form submissions, and leads.

  • Pixel and CAPI events were correctly synchronized to enable Meta’s proper optimization based on the data.

  • The integration with the client’s website was completed, either directly via server implementation or through a third-party platform.

  • Audiences were redefined, and the optimization strategy was updated with the new, more comprehensive data.

Advertising was conducted on Meta platforms using Lead Ads and traffic campaigns with a clear call to action, targeting both new audiences and retargeting for better conversions.

Result

After implementing Meta Conversions API, a comparative analysis of performance before and after the launch of the new infrastructure was conducted. The results were impressive:

  • Lead cost reduction — 61% (YoY);
  • Increase in the number of leads — by 72%;
  • Decrease in cost per click (CPC) — by 33%;
  • CTR growth — by 71%.
