Meta ads optimization for quality lead for scaling of business

Qadam is an online education platform in Uzbekistan focused on students and young professionals.
The business goal is to attract users who convert into paid learners. As Meta advertising was scaled, the client faced a decline in lead quality. Admixer Advertising proposed a solution based on Meta Conversions API for CRM to optimize advertising toward actual sales rather than lead volume.

 

Objective

The audit of advertising accounts and the CRM funnel revealed that campaigns were optimized exclusively for lead volume. This drove growth in the number of leads but resulted in lower traffic quality and reduced effectiveness at the sales stage.

The main objectives of the project were:

• to increase the number of high-quality leads and reduce their cost by filtering out non-relevant traffic;

• to enable advanced analytics to evaluate advertising effectiveness at the sales (Purchase) level, rather than focusing solely on cost per lead.

Solution

To address this challenge, the Admixer Advertising team implemented Meta Conversions API (CAPI) —
a solution that enables server-side event transmission directly to Meta.

  • CAPI was integrated with the CRM system, making it possible to pass actual data on lead quality and sales independently of browser limitations and client-side tracking.
  • As part of the integration, proper event validation, deduplication, and synchronization between the CRM, CAPI, and Pixel were configured, ensuring accuracy and consistency of conversion data.
  • This enabled full-funnel visibility, allowing the team to track the lead journey through to final purchase, calculate customer acquisition cost, and accurately evaluate ROAS based on actual sales.
  • As a result, advertising algorithms received reliable signals about the true value of leads, allowing optimization to shift from volume to quality and significantly improving campaign performance.
